The iPhone Dev team has released a new version of Quickpwn tool (windows) for Unlocking your 1st gen iPhone and Jailbreaking your iPhone 3G running firmware version 2.2.1
The recently released firmware version 2.2.1 breaks the software unlock that we saw for the iPhone earlier. However, we have already seen a workaround, for going back to V2.2 and unlocking your iPhone 3G. But in case you don’t care for your iPhone 3G unlocking and just want a Jailbreak – then v2.2.1 will be fine with you. Just download the new version of QuickPwn.
